JB Vest


JB Vest

Dress up this JB cabled rib sweater vest with a shirt and tie or dress it down with a t-shirt and jeans. Made with 75% yak and 25% bamboo, it offers more warmth than a sport shirt but not as much as a full sweater. Knit the

MATERIALS:
Yarn: Bijou Basin Ranch “Lhasa Wilderness”, 75% yak/ 25% bamboo; 180 yards [165 m]; 2oz (56 grams)] CYCA size 2 sport 12-ply): dark brown, 4 (5, 6, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11) hanks.
Needles: Size US 3 (3.25 mm) circular needles, 24”; size US 2 (2.75 mm) 16” or size to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: cable needle, stitch holders, tapestry needle.

GAUGE:
26 sts and 34 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Large Right Cable pat with larger needles.
