Finish it UP Weekend!

This weekend, I am on a mission to finish all the little projects I have laying around. Well, not ALL of them...I am not unreasonable! But, at least the ones that I recently started and the ones that are gifts to others.

So, here they are...

Dishcloths for my friend Adrian. Not sure what stitch I will use
but it will be something simple. I think this will only take me about 3 hours.
What do you think?

Finish crocheting this bag, get the handles done (not sure what I am going to do yet)
then felt it. Need to get this done ASAP! I think this will take me about 6 hours
to get it all done. What do you think?

This is a scarf I started Thursday. I was totally PMSing and needed
to work on something easy. That way I wouldn't throw a complex
project across the room in a fit of rage :-)
Want to get it done to put in the Christmas Bag (yep, I am starting my
Christmas Rush early this year)

I am making John a pair of socks and this is the first one. Notice the date on the picture?
Yep, that was over a week ago and I just started the mate to it. I really want to
get these done so he can wear them to Church tomorrow.
Therefore, these will be the first thing I finish and I think they will take me all day.
What do you think?

What are you working on this weekend?

BTW: I started a new blog for my Yarn Thing Podcast. That way I don't have to write about it on this blog all the time. If you want to go take a look it is at http://yarnthing.blogspot.com

Oooh I want those socks!!! I wish I could get someone to knit socks for me, what a lucky guy John is! Anyway I just had to check out your blog after seeing the URL in your post to WoolFelters. The reply you recieved was one of the rudest, aggressive posts I've ever seen. I'm embarrassed for that sad little person. It's too bad she's not likely to be embarrassed for herself. I wrote a reply to her a few minutes ago. I almost deleted it not wanting to add to the unpleasantness, but I couldn't bear letting her gloat thinking she was being admired for her words. It's very sad. I nearly unsubbed from the group but decided that wouldn't accomplish anything and I'll wait and see if the list owner takes any action first. I'm just so sorry a list member was so unkind to you and wanted to let you know that.

Okay so now that I've said that, on to other things... I sure wish I could enjoy your podcasts! They sound like so much fun. Darn dial-up connection... I haven't been able to download any I've tried in the past but may try downloading yours overnight anyway.

Hi Marly!
First - I love the podcast. You have such a cheery voice that has to make people smile!!

Great colors on that scarf. Wow - what progress you are making on those socks.

I have had absolutely no progress on anything except getting some dyeing done for an upcoming Sheep&Wool festival I am doing next month. I have had a major sinus headache going for the past 3 days. No ambition to knit at all.

I feel a change coming though, so I am off to finish some socks! Check my blog this week so see if I actually make any progress!

I'm assuming you know about the Dishcloth Botique

I've had lots of fun with their patterns.
