Me Loves the Eyelash Yarn

Don't know what it is about this wildly crazy, awesome yarn but when I see it, I can't hardly help myself (as you can see by the picture above; the outlined section is full of eyelash yarn) Never mind if it is on sale for $.99! That is right! Hobby Lobby had it's Yarn Bee Wild Child Eyelash Yarn on sale for $.99 cents last week. Who in their right mind wouldn't purchase at least 25 balls of it?

25 balls wouldn't be that bad if that was all you purchased, but not me. Oh no...I had to buy the 25 balls plus some; a bit in every color (I am not telling how much in fear that my husband is reading my blog) and some of the Yarn Bee Elf Eyelash, the Yarn Bee Icelandic Jewel Yarn and the Yarn Bee Luscious (sparkle and reg)Yarn all of which were on sale also for $.99 cents! Wow! $.99 CENTS! You can't go wrong with that...I don't care who you are; that is a deal.

It only gets better! This week they again have Yarn Bee on sale for $.99 cents! OH, "bee" still my heart. I bought some Yarn Bee Pizazz Eyelash Yarn and some really nice, Yarn Bee Soft Delight. For how much again? That's right...NINETY-NINE CENTS! I have to refrain from going back! (all links just show the type of yarn, not necessarily the color as I got several different colors)

Believe it or not, it only gets better! I was the lucky winner of the Stash Smackdown. And yesterday I received my reward. The lovely mail woman, of whom I have spoke of fondly before, delivered a very nice white bag. What was in the bag...I could hardly wait. My daughter did the honors of opening the bag while I waited anxiously. The first words out of my little Allura's mouth were..."OH Mommy, look, it is Pretty Yarn!" I have taught my daughter well!

Thanks Lain; you're the best!

P.S...love the homemade card! What a great touch!

Wow, that's quite a stash! Good for you for knitting at the gym. I have never tried that before, but it looks do-able....I am only a walker too (I have back issues so have to stay low-impact). Will have to try it out!

Don't feel guilty. Explain to your hubby what the full retail price would've been. I can't resist a good yarn bargin either. I did the same thing when Garden Ridge had a 50¢/ball closeout sale. All that beautiful yarn still awaits....

I am so glad that you got the yarn -- and you appreciated it!
I mailed it days ago -- so much for priority mail!
